Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

Please check below.

• Prepare your presentation file(s) in MS Power Point .


• Bring your PPT file(s) on a USB memory stick.


• Presentation should be made in English (no simultaneous interpretation provided).


• You should check your presentation file(s) .


• A smart pointer, mouse, monitor, etc. are installed on the podium.


• No overhead projector will be available.


• Presenters are requested not to use their own laptop computer in order to ensure the smooth operations of the session.

Poster Presentation

Please check below.

• There will be verbal presentations for the posters.


• All posters will stay and be displayed all days long during the congress.


• Please check the assigned board number with your abstract number ensure to mount at the right board.


• Please be sure to include the below information in large letters .
  1. Title
  2. Authors’Names
  3. Affiliation and Country


• There is no place to print posters at the venue, so please print them yourself.

Chair Guidelines

The Session Chairs play a pivotal role in the smooth and timely management of sessions during the congress.
Please check below.

• Introduce yourself briefly and welcome participants to the session. Announce that you will chair the session.


• You can introduce everyone first and take turns standing on the podium.


• If the presenter is absent or none of the co-authors are present, please proceed to the next presentation.


• Please prepare for meaningful discussions, such as by bringing up questions designed to facilitate discussions in the event that no questions asked.


• Briefly, introduce yourself and welcome the participants to your session. Announce that you shall be chairing the session.

Corporate Exhibit Guidelines

Please check below.

• The exhibition venue is Hall 2C.


• Please entrust the chairman with regards to the layout of the exhibition.


• Exhibits must be within the scope described in the exhibition subject and approved.


• Due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue, exhibition period and opening hours may change.
